Your best accessory: Your Skin
So I’ve been on a mission to create a healthier life for myself, and in turn have healthier skin. Have you noticed woman who are extremely beautiful really don’t have to accessorize to the T? Maybe stud earrings, a tank, and her hair pulled back?
I’ve noticed out of all of my friends who have this certain natural style about them allĀ have two things in common. They all have very radiant and acne free skin. I have added a healthy skin regiment to my already long existing list of “healthy To Dos”.
My esthetician recommended the following:
1. Eat healthy – leafy greens, fruits,and veggies every day
2. Exercise – at least 3x per week
3. Drink plenty of water – 60oz per day
4. Get a facial at least 4 times per year
5. Use facial cleansers for your skin type – I use Neutrogena products
6. Wear sunscreen – yes, this goes for all skin types. I use All-In-One Tinted Moisturizer Sunscreen SPF 15 by MD Skincare
